London Fog Misto Tea
Once upon a time I used to order this tea from coffee shops and it was always a winter comfort. Now, I’m all about DIY’s and healthier versions of my old faves. I recently picked up coffee leaf tea in Earl Grey so of course I had to make a London Fog!
1 1/2 cups of boiling water
1 tea bag of Earl Grey
1 tea bag of lavender flowers
1 tbsp full fat coconut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup (optional, more or less to taste)
Steep the 2 tea bags in the water for 5 minutes then remove the tea bags
Transfer all ingredients into your blender and blend for 10 seconds, until nice and frothy.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
